Our Customer Service Guarantee & Warranty

If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return it to us within 15 days of purchase. Prior authorization is required. Merchandise is as described. Goods should be pre-tested by purchaser before use to determine their suitability under varying conditions. Florida Graphic Supply Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability. The goods are sold "as is". Florida Graphic Supply Inc. does not warrant that the goods are fit for any particular purpose for the buyer, and makes no warranties with respect to the goods other than that they conform to the description contained in the agreement. Customer must look solely to the manufacturer for warranty, if any, as may be given by the manufacturer. All film purchases less than a five yard roll are not eligible for return to Florida Graphic Supply.

In the event customer does not pay for the foregoing goods and services as agreed, should Florida Graphic Supply be required to retain legal counsel to enforce the collection hereof, customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees for collection, both before suit is initiated, and at trial or any appeals.
